This opportunity delivers care at our Community Physician Network Interventional Spine Care and Pain Management in Fishers, IN.

• Full-time day opportunity
• Primarily a clinic-based role but travel may be required to the surgery center.

• 3 years of experience in Hip, Knee, Spine, Orthopedic, or Neurosurgery is highly preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
• Hard working, proactive, and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
