At Bach to Rock, we believe in providing a well‑rounded, holistic music education. The B2R curriculum gives teachers and students a platform to learn music rooted in foundational techniques and theory concepts, while encouraging creativity and being inspired by repertoire students love. Bach to Rock serves over 500 students each week with the support of 25+ dedicated musicians and administrative staff.

Each day offers our students and educators an opportunity to grow as part of the vibrant community we are building together!

• Teach private and semi‑private lessons using the B2R curriculum combined with your own expertise and creativity.
• Communicate progress of each student by creating quality lesson notes and assignments in the MyB2R App to keep track of teaching and encourage at‑home practice.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.
• Guide students in building skills that prepare them for recitals, open mics, and ensemble participation.
• Engage in curriculum development and specialized learning events.

College students currently studying music or education, graduates with a music/education degree, or musicians with equivalent experience.

• Strong understanding of music theory and technique on your primary instrument.
• Experience working with children or teaching is a plus (but not required).
• Creative individuals who are reliable, positive, organized, and comfortable working with students of all ages and skill levels.
