Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking licensed educators to fill multiple Special Education Teacher positions in Indianapolis, IN. These full-time, contract roles serve elementary and developmental preschool settings within a public school environment. Positions start promptly and continue through the full school year, offering 35 hours per week dedicated to impactful teaching.

Qualified candidates will hold an Indiana state license for Mild to Moderate Special Education K-12 and be prepared to serve as the Teacher of Record. Responsibilities include managing caseloads in a variety of special education settings such as self-contained classrooms, inclusion settings, resource rooms, and working with students on the autism spectrum. The roles demand expertise in adapting curriculum and instruction to meet diverse learner needs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Indiana state Special Education License (Mild to Moderate K-12 required)
• Previous experience working in Special Education classrooms, inclusive environments, resource settings, or autism programs
• Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff
