- Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning activities
- Build strong routines and positive guidance
- Actively supervise and maintain a safe, engaging classroom
- Communicate professionally with families
- Lead and coordinate with your co‑teacher/assistant
- Maintain licensing/center standards for safety, cleanliness, and documentation
- Lead Preschool Teacher (ages 3–4): play‑based learning, routines, social‑emotional development
- Lead Pre‑K Teacher (ages 4–5): kindergarten readiness, small groups, early literacy/math foundations
- Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Pre‑K Teacher, Lead Teacher, or childcare teacher in a licensed setting
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong classroom leadership and communication
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements
- CDA, ECE coursework, or Early Childhood Education degree
- Lead teacher experience
