Head Wrestling Coach – Girls’ Team
Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, IN, just off of I-69 and a 30 minute drive from most of Indy and all the way up to Muncie is seeking its 2nd Head Wrestling Coach in program history for the girls' team.
Compensation and SupportPay is extremely competitive and the program is in a good spot with a Booster Club already in place for the girls, healthy accounts, and 3 paid assistant coaches to go along with the Head Coach.
Program Success and OpportunitiesThe team has been very competitive in the past few years:
Team sectional champions and top 8 dual team from a year ago only graduating one senior. Already have 12 of the 14 weight classes filled with more than a dozen girls in the 6th-8th grade Middle School programs learning, including a couple state champs on their way up in the next few years.
Access to Northside Contenders is only 15 minutes away and there are several young ladies training there in the HSE program.
ResponsibilitiesWe need a Head Coach who is willing to steer the ship and pour into these young women and build the full feeder system including an all-girls club class at the elementary level.
