Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Fishers, IN
Make an immediate impact by providing essential behavioral support to students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school environment near Fishers, IN. Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in school settings highly preferred
• In-depth understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to ethical standards and student confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student progress and behavioral strategies
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students as outlined in IEPs or 504 plans
• Train and coach school staff on the implementation of behavioral interventions and data collection
• Monitor student outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to intervention plans
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and regulatory requirements related to school-based ABA services
