We are looking for preschool assistant teachers (part-time and full-time) to join our team. • Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Support each child’s social and emotional development
• Establish positive and effective family relations
• Work with the lead teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty to plan and implement daily activities
• Assist in maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness
• Support classroom management and positive discipline practices

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty
• Works productively without supervision and shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working together toward a common goal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and follow up constructively
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations; for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
