Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for children.
• Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting.
• Facilitate daily activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State certification or licensure in early childhood education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead teaching role or similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
