We are seeking a passionate and experienced Violin Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in violin performance and pedagogy, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. The Violin Teacher will provide personalized instruction, develop lesson plans, and create a positive learning atmosphere for students.

• Provide one‑on‑one and group violin lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of each student.
• Teach proper violin techniques, music theory, and performance skills.
• Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations as needed.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Communicate regularly with students and their families regarding progress and any concerns.
• Stay current with teaching methods, repertoire, and trends in music education.
• Participate in school events, recitals, and community outreach programs as required.
• Determine student goals and objectives, and discuss lesson details with them.
• Structure individual lessons based on client preferences and goals.
• Provide students with appropriate materials and resources.
• Show up on time for scheduled practice sessions, recitals, competitions, and other events.
• Teach music theory, sight‑reading, memorization, improvisation, or other student‑defined goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience teaching violin to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Strong proficiency in violin performance and a solid understanding of music theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students in their musical journey.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching music.
• Availability to teach during evenings and weekends.
• Strong motivational skills.
• Strong musical ability and proven skills with your instrument.
• Previous experience as a music teacher preferred.
• Availability to teach at least 8 hours per week; two evenings a week minimum, core hours 4 pm to 8 pm.
