At Primrose School of Fishers Parkside, you'll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children's confidence and independence. You'll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Primary responsibilities include overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children, observing all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Fishers Parkside and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children, and assessing each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.

Desired skills and experience include meeting basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency, previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred, knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
