Position OverviewThis isn't just a job, it's making an impact! The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is currently filling positions throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas for our Before and After School programs.
YOUTH WORKERS assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with parents, other staff, and school personnel to develop a trusting relationship. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers are responsible for directly supervising a group of children while engaging with them in a variety of high-energy activities throughout the day.
