INCOG Bio Pharma is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to join our Validation Department in Fishers, IN. You will lead qualification activities for sterile injectables facilities, interact with clients on launches, and guide validation strategy and SOP development.
The role requires 5–8 years in validation, 4+ years GMP experience, and a strong ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams. Master’s degree preferred; CSV and cleaning validation experience are a plus.
