DCCM is seeking a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Specialist for our environmental team in Houston, TX. This role contributes to NEPA analyses for Texas projects and reports to the Texas Environmental Office Leader.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Environmental Science or related field and 5+ years of NEPA experience on transportation or linear projects, with strong written/verbal communication, GIS mapping skills using Arc Pro, and familiarity with TxDOT toolkits.
