DCCM is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Transportation Group in Fishers, IN. You will lead design efforts for highways, roundabouts, and interchanges, supervising junior staff and coordinating with project managers.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of highway design experience, with AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency, knowledge of INDOT standards, and strong communication skills. A Civil Engineering degree is required, Indiana P.E. license preferred.
