As a Manager in Training you will be a trusted advisor to our members, as well as a reliable leader in our organization.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities consist of:

* Learning different principles of management

* Understanding branch operations, member products and services, networking, and sales

* Accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions

* Problem solving and member account maintenance

* Recommending credit union products and services

* Assisting the Branch Manager on a daily basis

* Compiling and maintaining branch statistics

* Performing loan interviewer duties

* Meeting individual monthly goals

* Addressing member and/or employee concerns

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

* College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

* Preferred Degree in Business Related Field

* Prior Financial Institution Knowledge

* Demonstrated Leadership Skills

* Preferred Customer Service experience

* Strong Interpersonal and Networking Skills

* Preferred Sales Experience
