This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Advisor based in Fishers, IN. The Advisor will spend the majority of their time dialing to prospect new clients and guiding them through the process of securing personalized mortgage solutions that align with their financial needs and goals. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, analyzing financial information, advising on mortgage products, and creating customized mortgage plans.

The Advisor will also build strong client relationships and contribute to the overall success of the team through exceptional service and professional communication.

• Background in Sales, Finance, Financial Planning, or Mortgages
• Experience in Sales and Closing techniques
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a commitment to integrity and transparency
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
• Previous experience in the financial or mortgage services industry is an advantage
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site environment
