Business Banking Specialist – Based in Fisher, IN at the North by Northeast branch.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading collaboration with ecosystem partners, and generating proactive leads inside and outside the branch to deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translating client information from multiple sources into actionable sales strategies and tactics, generating quality referrals, and leveraging tools and protocols to maximize results.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working across partners, identifying resources, and holding partners accountable for updates and referral follow‑up.
• Provide differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, solving client problems courteously and urgently, and acting as an advocate for clients across departments to identify trends and unique needs.
• Collaborate with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals, following up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet.
• Create client loyalty and grow share of wallet through lobby engagement, education on financial technologies, and applying product and procedural knowledge to solve problems effectively.
• Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within limits, scrutinizing to avoid loss, and participating in daily branch operations to ensure efficient completion.
