Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

Avg pay per 50-min facial: $35-$40 (includes gratuity)

Advanced services:
Up to $50-$60 for 60-70 min treatments

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation - 40-60 min - $45-$55
• Upgraded Treatments - 70 min - $55-$60

Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included

Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $45k+ annually, including incentives

Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials
