Sport Clips Haircuts in Fishers is looking for an experienced, licensed cosmetologist or barber ready to step into a management role. If you have a passion for haircare, a talent for leading a team, and a drive to build a loyal client base, we'd love to hear from you.

As Salon Manager, you'll oversee daily salon operations while continuing to do what you love behind the chair. You'll lead and mentor a team of stylists, deliver excellent haircuts, and help create a welcoming, high-performing salon environment.

• $17/hour base pay + commissions + tips — earn $30–$40/hour

• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling and team coverage
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to help them grow their skills and careers
• Provide professional haircuts
• Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality client experience
• Maintain salon cleanliness, supply inventory, and adherence to safety and licensing standards
• Support store performance goals and client retention

• Active cosmetology or barber license (required)
• Previous hairstyling experience
• Prior management, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
