Position: Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $1,848 per week

  • Position: RN Labor and Delivery (LDRP RN)
  • Specialty:

  • Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, , every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays

    Job Requirements

  • Must have documented proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted
  • Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement
  • Positive IGRA or PPD results with negative chest X-ray within a year and annual TB questionnaire
  • Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
  • Valid driver's license or state  address on file
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA within specified time frames
  • Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity; no declinations accepted
  • Valid Tdap vaccine within 10 years; no declinations accepted
  • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
  • License/certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
  • Pharmacology exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years
  • Specialty exam required prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years
  • Color vision test prior to start and updated every 3 years
  • Core competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics completed within a year and updated every 3 years
  • Fetal monitoring certification if not covered on competency exam, must be within past 2 years
  • Ascension profile and professional references required
  • Criminal background check and EPLS run within 30 days prior to start
  • Ascension skills checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually
  • 12 panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
  • Education verification within 90 days prior to start
  • Confirmation of assignment documentation required
  • Employment verification for past seven years
  • Onboarding requirements education attestation and nursing contract worker onboarding required
  • Forward facing badge photo required

    Schedule Information

  • 3 shifts per week
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Shift hours:
  • Every 3rd weekend
  • Rotating holidays

    Additional Details

  • Documented proof of vaccinations and health screenings required
  • Multiple personal health history and professional credential requirements
  • Onboarding and compliance documentation required
