Position Type: Full-time

Theracare operates two pediatric outpatient rehab clinics in Fishers and Osceola, IN. This position involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders in accordance with physician orders, and providing education and support to parents and guardians.

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders.
• Follow physician orders and utilize therapeutic procedures to improve patient functioning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide support and information within the field of Speech/Language Pathology.
• Educate and inform parents and guardians about treatment plans and progress.
• Provide therapy services at the outpatient clinic, accommodating client needs at varying times.
• Apply principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Maintain knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One (1) year of experience in pediatric speech pathology preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services at the outpatient clinic at times to accommodate client needs.
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in specific therapy discipline.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
