Principal Function:
The Catering Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the catering department in event sales and coordination, menu coordination, event execution and client communication. Excellent communication, organization and customer support skills are required for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct supervisory responsibilities. Leads banquet support staff as needed to provide excellent service and experience for clients and guests.
Education and/or
Experience:
High School education or GED required. Experience in sales, banquet, catering and event management preferred.
