The RoleThe HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Arrive AI’s day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to recruiting efforts—particularly for technical and manufacturing roles. This position blends hands-on recruiting coordination
, employee lifecycle administration
, and benefits and payroll support

This role is well-suited for an HR professional who wants broad exposure across HR disciplines and the opportunity to grow with a scaling technology company.
What You’ll Do Recruiting & Hiring Support- Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer logistics
- Support recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles (technical background preferred)
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy and candidate communications
- Assist with onboarding preparation and first-day experience for new hires
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management across HR systems
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements
- Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR processes
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee education
- Coordinate with benefits providers and brokers to resolve employee inquiries
- Support open enrollment planning and communications
- Assist with payroll processing, audits, and data validation
- Coordinate payroll changes related to new hires, terminations, and employee updates
- Partner with finance and external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll
- Help document HR processes and standard operating procedures
- Support compliance initiatives related to employment eligibility, record retention, and HR reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
- Broad exposure across recruiting, benefits, payroll, and HR operations
- Opportunity to grow into an HR Generalist or People Partner role

- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiter, HR Generalist, or People Operations role
- Hands-on experience supporting recruiting and hiring processes
- Working knowledge of benefits administration and payroll support
- Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering
- Familiarity with fast-growing or startup environments
- Exposure to compliance requirements (I-9, E-Verify, record retention, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
