HR Generalist

Location:

Fishers, IN 46037

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – 1 day per week in office (any day of the week; flexible and changeable)

Schedule:

Standard 40-hour work week with strong flexibility

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000;
Bonus:
Small discretionary bonus paid twice per year (approximately $1,500 last year)

This HR Generalist role supports day-to-day people operations in a highly collaborative, stable organization. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning their work, managing change, and partnering closely with the team across benefits, payroll, and systems.

• UKG experience required (primary HRIS and payroll system)
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience

• Manage employee benefits administration
• Oversee and process payroll
• Support new hire onboarding
• Assist with UKG system implementation and optimization
