- 5 direct reports, 23 FTEs in the team
- Responsibility for the strategic direction of HR globally
- Global HR strategy & execution (including opex responsibility)

- C‑level advisory
- Further development of corporate culture
- Internal and external HR PR
- Definition & implementation of HR KPIs
- High degree of creative freedom
