You Will Do
The Technical Recruiter will partner with the Talent Management Team and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent that aligns with our project needs, company culture, and long-term growth objectives. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting engineers and technical professionals within industrial automation, manufacturing, software, or systems integration environments.
Herearesome of the responsibilities that you will be responsible for:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, automation, software, and other technical roles from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and workforce planning priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through Linked In, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term success.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and recruiting activities while maintaining accurate ATS records.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Support employer branding, recruiting metrics, talent retention initiatives, and representation of the company at career fairs and industry events.
- Oversee all aspects of the internship program, from talent attraction and selection through onboarding and program engagement, while representing the organization at career fairs and campus events to strengthen employer brand and attract top early-career talent.

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, human resources, or a related customer-facing role.
