You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast‑paced skunk works team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next‑generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI‑powered platforms. By integrating cutting‑edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and operate full‑stack software systems that power the Arrive Point platform
• Architect cloud‑native services and APIs that support real‑time, IoT‑connected hardware in production
• Collaborate closely with hardware and AI teams to integrate software, embedded systems, and AI models
• Build and support GPU‑accelerated and edge‑to‑cloud workflows leveraging NVIDIA technologies
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly to validate new platform capabilities and product features
• Own software quality from design through deployment, including testing, performance tuning, and reliability
• Improve developer experience through tooling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation
• Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor teammates through reviews and technical guidance

What We're Looking For:

  Experience:
  
  8–12+ years of professional experience in full‑stack and/or backend software engineering
• Proven track record building and operating production systems at scale
• Strong experience with cloud‑native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems

• Rust experience for systems‑level or performance‑critical components
• Experience working with NVIDIA technologies
  , including GPU‑accelerated workloads, edge computing, or AI infrastructure
• Experience with containerization,
  CI/CD pipelines
  , and production deployments
• Familiarity with databases, microservices, and scalable infrastructure

• Experience integrating AI models into production systems
• Enthusiasm for applying AI tools to improve developer productivity and system capabilities
• Comfort working across cloud, edge, and hardware‑influenced environments
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across engineering disciplines
• Enjoys mentoring, sharing knowledge, and raising the technical bar for the team
• Thrives in fast‑moving, iterative startup environments

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with 3D Simulation such as Unity, Unreal Engine and Omniverse.
• Experience with IoT, robotics, logistics, or hardware‑adjacent systems is a strong plus

• Possible travel up to 5 days per month.
• Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
