Title: IT Support Specialist

Securitas Technology is looking for an IT Support Specialist based in Fishers, IN.

• Provide technical assistance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Assist with projects of various degrees as needed.
• Provide onsite and remote support for users.
• Maintain physical inventory and ticket assignment in Service Now.
• Occasional lifting of parts and equipment as needed.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience within IT preferred.
• Must be detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to multi‑task.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers as needed.
• Team oriented with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of end users.
