Vice President, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Workplace Technology
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on technology leader to oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, field services, and workplace productivity across a large, multi‑location retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performing technology operations supporting 1,500+ locations and a growing corporate workforce.
What You’ll Do- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end‑user technology strategy
- Ensure a strong security posture and compliance with industry requirements
- Drive modernization across cloud, retail/edge, and workplace productivity platforms
- Oversee field services and IT support to deliver a consistent, high‑quality user experience
- Implement AI‑driven automation and operational improvements
- Manage budgets, vendors, and large‑scale technology initiatives
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure and operations leadership experience
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance
- Experience leading large, distributed technology teams
- Strong background in cloud environments, ITSM, and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to align technology strategy with business growth
- Executive‑level impact across a complex, high‑growth organization
