JOB TITLE:
Validation & Requirements Coordinator (No C2C)
LOCATION:
Onsite in Indianapolis

JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly organized Business Analyst to function as a Validation & Requirements Coordinator to support a security and integration workstream within a regulated project environment. This role will focus on coordinating requirements reviews, supporting validation documentation, facilitating meetings, tracking risks and action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups across project teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate requirements reviews, approvals, and comment resolution.
- Assist with drafting and updating requirements documentation.
- Partner with testing teams to address questions and review test scripts.
- Support validation documentation activities within Quality Docs.
- Route validation documents for review and manage updates based on feedback.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate attendees with project stakeholders.
- Capture and distribute meeting notes using Microsoft Copilot.
- Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
- Follow up on outstanding emails, messages, and project requests.
- Manage and maintain tasks, timelines, and status updates in Jira and Smartsheet.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, validation support, or a related role.
- Experience managing document reviews, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Jira and/or Smartsheet.
- Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with validation documentation and Quality Docs.
- Experience supporting system implementation, security, or integration projects.
- Knowledge of testing and requirements management processes.
