IT Field Technician-Night

The Field IT Technician is responsible for providing on-site technology support across Crew Carwash locations, ensuring reliability of IT infrastructure and point-of-sale systems. This includes installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, networks, POS systems, and related equipment. The role also supports new site openings, remodels, and upgrades, ensuring consistent standards and a positive experience for Crew associates and customers.

• Deliver on-site IT support for Crew locations, resolving technical incidents promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including PCs, POS systems, networking equipment, cameras, phones, and peripherals.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, Microsoft environments, Point of Sale systems, and related applications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure IT equipment meets Crew’s standards.
• Document tickets, resolutions, and inventory updates in IT systems.
• Partner with Service Desk, POS, and System Admin teams to elevate or resolve complex issues.
• Support cabling and infrastructure projects (Cat 6, fiber, terminations, testing, etc.).
• Preparation and installation of new store builds, remodels, and rollouts of updated technology.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach when interacting with site leaders and team members.
• Follow Crew IT’s compliance and security policies, including PCI standards.
• The shift for this role is noon-10 pm, Mon-Fri.
• Must be available to work a second shift schedule including but not limited to 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

• Must be able to join the On-Call Rotation for after hours support a needed.
• 2+ years of experience in IT field support or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems, general networking, and troubleshooting.
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred;
  Associate degree in IT or related field highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with cabling, routers/switches, and POS systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and initiative with a Whatever It Takes mentality.
• Ability to travel across Crew locations; flexibility for schedule changes and occasional overnight stays up to 40%.
• Valid driver’s license required.
