Community Relations Director Duties and Responsibilities
- Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
- Daily census reports and reporting
- Coordinate the inquiry process
- Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
- Notification and reporting of admission updates
- Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
- Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
- Represents facility at community events, open houses, and other special and public relation events
- Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions
- Must be able to read and understand clinical paperwork
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must work well within a team
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks at once
