Manpower is recruiting for a Telehandler driver for our client, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions across the UK.

This full‑time position is temporary‑to‑permanent, requiring 42.5 hours per week with overtime paid after 42.5 hours worked. Hours of work are 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

We would consider candidates with strong counterbalance experience who would be willing to be trained on a Telehandler.

• Operate the telehandler to lift and transport materials to designated areas.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials such as televisions, computers, mobile phones, fridges, and other electronic devices to direct them to the correct recycling streams.
• Monitor and control continuous flow of materials in the factory.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct routine inspections, and maintain the telehandler.
• Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and support overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment, keeping work areas free of hazards.
