What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and support daily maintenance operations, focusing on equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Maintain production efficiency through proactive preventive and predictive maintenance
• Analyze process data to identify trends and implement continuous improvements

Need to have:

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional project teams
• Experience in driving efficiency through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
• Familiarity with systems such as robotics, conveyance, welding, sealing, and vision technologies
