Bangs Laboratories specializes in microsphere synthesis and fine particle analysis, producing polymer, silica, and magnetic microspheres for diagnostic, research, and flow cytometry applications. The company also manufactures specialty products for validation and QC programs for analytical instruments, including fluorescent, count, size, and cell viability standards.

This role is responsible for all aspects of Contract Packaging, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling of Custom and OEM products.

• Operate and maintain automated dispensing and labeling equipment.
• Follow all ISO documents as written.
• Update procedures for existing dispensing equipment as necessary.
• Operate dispensing equipment, supporting filling, capping, and packaging activities.
• Label pre‑dispensed materials.
• Return bulk material to its location.
• Assist in routine inventory checks of dispensing supplies.
• Wash bottles and glassware.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet production schedules and targets.
• Maintain the dispensing area.
• Assist with shipping duties when required.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal communication with internal customers and external shipping carriers.
• Shipping experience is helpful but not required.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs on a routine basis.
