In this high‑impact, technical‑leadership role, you'll take ownership of continuous improvement activities across the facility, driving layout optimisation and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. You'll work closely with wider engineering and production teams to enhance Design for Manufacturability and implement process improvements that will play a crucial role in driving manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on increasing production efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Drive plant layout, workflow optimisation, and manufacturing process design initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to support DFM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with CAD software for Layout Optimization.
- Degree Qualified.
