Now Hiring Plastic Extrusion Technician

Location: Hamilton, IN

Shift: Second Shift - Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Pay: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium

• Operate, set up, clean and maintain plastic extrusion production equipment
• Produce quality plastic products while meeting production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products and assembled shipping racks as needed
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist in other production areas as needed

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Previous plastics manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch for extended periods
• Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift
