• Configure and calibrate narrow-web printing equipment to meet precise job specifications and production timelines.
• Execute complex press runs by managing ink viscosity, web tension, and registration to ensure consistent output.
• Drive operational efficiency by minimizing material waste and reducing setup times through proactive troubleshooting.
• Conduct rigorous quality audits throughout the production cycle, identifying and correcting defects in real-time.
• Maintain high standards of equipment performance by performing routine preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with prepress and finishing departments to ensure seamless project handoffs.
• Document production metrics, including material usage and downtime, to support continuous process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members on press operation techniques and safety protocols to foster a culture of excellence.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience operating narrow-web flexographic printing presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Proven ability to perform accurate color matching and visual quality inspections.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex job tickets, technical proofs, and production specifications.

• Hands‑on experience with Mark Andy or similar narrow-web press platforms.
• Deep understanding of plate mounting, die‑cutting, and substrate handling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strict safety compliance.
