Full-time and part-time evening shift, Monday-Friday!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

• Provide nursing care to residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through direct care and observation.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff to support a comforting and engaging environment.

• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Leadership: Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaboration: Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Teamwork: Collaborate toward the goal of excellent resident care.
• Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
