A cardiovascular operating room registered nurse (RN) position is available on a contract basis in Fishers, IN. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to cardiac and vascular surgery patients within a fast-paced surgical environment. Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in cardiac and vascular surgery nursing are preferred.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering high-quality nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Adhering to all required protocols and certifications.
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular surgical procedures and patient care.
- Ability to work the day shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Flexibility for overnight call coverage as needed.

Schedule And Contract Details- Contract position with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek.
