Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Riley Pediatric & Adult Dermatology – Meridian Crossing

Overview

Part and Full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. We are seeking an RN with a minimum of one year of experience, or an upcoming or recent nursing graduate. Please apply through our pipeline requisition here.

RN working with Adult and Pediatric Dermatology patients in our Carmel Office.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends, no holidays, no on‑call.

• Requires an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates without such a program may be considered if they have more than two years of relevant clinical experience; such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of the legal implications of patient‑care activities and performance as an RN.
