We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role.

This RN position with Riley Orthopedics is a full‑time, onsite role located at IUH Fishers. Duties include casting, suture and staple removal, wound checks, rooming patients, DME/bracing placement, and office‑based bracing procedures. The RN will assist with assessment and triaging of both scheduled and walk‑in patients on a daily basis.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient‑care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient‑care activities as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory or orthopedic setting.
