Part and Full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus.
This RN position with Riley Orthopedics is a full‑time, onsite role primarily located at IUH Fishers. Duties include, but are not limited to, casting, suture and staple removal, wound checks, rooming patients, DME/bracing placement, and office‑based bracing procedures. The RN will assist with assessment and triaging of patients on a daily basis for both scheduled and walk‑in patients.
The care team consists of Athletic Trainers, RNs, MAs, Cast Technicians, 7 operative physicians, 1 non‑operative sports medicine physician, and 8 physician assistants.
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
No weekends. No holidays.
Requirements- Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. (Candidates without a nationally accredited program may be considered if they have more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer.)
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- May require other advanced life‑support certifications per unit or department specialty.
- May require the ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
- Requires awareness and understanding of the legal implications of patient‑care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
