Overview
Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. We are looking for an RN with at least one year of experience. Core Office HoursMonday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekends, no holidays, no call.
Responsibilities- Prepare preoperative packets for patients, provide education at clinic visits before surgery, and place preoperative orders
- Phone triage
- Assist with clinic flow orders, in‑office procedures such as injections and aspirations, and rooming patients
- Learn surgery scheduling process
- Complete FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork
- Assist with prior authorizations for surgeries/procedures
- Collaborate with Pre‑Services department, PAT clinic, OR staff, and physicians
- Associate of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction may be required.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
