Willingham Works is a nurse‑led, woman‑owned small business located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We partner with healthcare facilities throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana to build long‑term relationships and maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

We are engaging Certified Nursing Assistants in Fishers, Indiana and the surrounding 10‑mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This position is not an immediate opening; we are creating a pre‑screened candidate pool that can be matched to the right facility when needs arise.

• Active Kentucky or Indiana CNA certification
• BLS preferred (not required to apply)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, hospital, hospice, dementia care, or home health
• New CNAs welcome – recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Open to full‑time, part‑time, PRN, or direct‑hire placements
