** Lead the birth and recovery experience
** by implementing personalized care plans that prioritize the safety, comfort, and clinical stability of both the parent and the newborn.

** Advocate for the family unit
** by serving as the central coordinator between obstetricians, pediatricians, and specialists to ensure a seamless and supportive care journey.

** Deliver expert clinical interventions
** by executing physician orders with precision, ensuring every stage, labor through postpartum, is managed with the highest safety standards.

** by assessing discharge needs early and providing the education and resources necessary for a confident start at home.

** What minimum requirements you'll need*
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

One or more of the following are preferred:

+ Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program.

+ Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Education:

+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

** What additional preferences we're seeking*
* + Minimum 1 year nursing experience with OB or NICU experience highly preferred
