Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Community Medicine Neurology clinic located at 13100 E 136th Street, Suite 3300, Fishers, IN 46037. The role is primarily onsite, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and no the RN may work remotely one day per week. Eligible part-time and full-time candidates may receive a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming phone calls and portal messages, manage patient symptoms, and handle prescription requests.
  • Process forms and provide general clinical support for multiple providers.
  • Assist training of medical assistants and manage nurse visit schedules for injections and blood pressure checks.
  • Educate patients on self-administering medications at home.
  • Provide general clinical support in the clinic; no travel to other sites required.
Qualifications
  • Associate of Nursing (ASN) required;
    Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; candidates with less than two years of clinical experience may be considered only if they possess more than two additional years of relevant experience, subject to review by the Chief Nursing Officer.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications associated with patient care activities as a Registered Nurse.
