Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Allisonville Meadows, Fishers, Indiana
Status: Full-Time & Part-Time
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible full-time evening shift nurses (limited‑time offer).

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
