Overview
SHIFT: FT Nights. The role requires at least 1 year of emergency department experience as a nurse.

- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient‑care policies.
- Education:
The RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.- Exceptions:
Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute‑care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
