Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Community Medicine Cardiology – Fishers MOB

Overview

Part and Full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. The position requires a minimum of one year of RN experience or an upcoming or recent nurse graduate. Apply through the pipeline requisition.

E. 136th Street, Suite 3000, Fishers, IN 46037.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm. No weekends or holidays. The role is primarily onsite with an option to work remotely one day per week after successful completion of training.

The RN will be responsible for medication prior authorizations, triaging patient messages, prescription refills, and procedure scheduling while collaborating closely with providers and the care team to support optimal patient outcomes. Candidates with cardiology or cardiac nursing experience are strongly preferred.

• Associate of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program, or more than two years of relevant clinical experience if not.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.
• Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
• Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
